"Look, I think we deserved to win the game," Lage said, "but to win the game we need to score goals, and to score goals we just need to put the ball in the net and I think we had plenty of chances to do that."

"It's the emotional control and I think in the last 10 minutes we lost a little bit of our positions. When the game comes to that part in the emotional control, we lose a little bit the positions, we lose the rest defense, we lose our balance and we give chances for the opponent to score. So that's one more thing that the team needs, to grow up."

Hwang Hee-chan extended his goalless streak in the Premier League to 15 games on Saturday with another lackluster performance as Wolverhampton Wanderers struggled to a 0-0 draw against Fulham.

Hwang played 58 minutes at Molineux Stadium in Wolverhampton, England, before he was replaced by new signee Goncalo Guedes. Hwang's early exit followed an unimpressive start for the entire front line, with Wolves dominating the possession throughout the first half but unable to convert in front of goal.

Both Daniel Podence and Hwang had a few key chances in the first half and had little problem stringing together effective plays, but Fulham goalkeeper Marek Rodak proved to be an insurmountable obstacle.

Fulham, meanwhile, came close to walking away with a win of their own. The visitors very nearly scored with a header in the first half, before missing what could have been a game-winning penalty in the second half.

With the draw, Wolves have now gone nine Premier League games without a win, last having picking up three points on April 2.

Hwang's numbers are even worse. After an explosive start to his debut season last year with four goals in his first six games, Hwang only picked up one more goal in the rest of the season and has now going scoreless since Feb. 24.

Speaking after the game, Wolves manager Bruno Lage said the performance in front of goal was a growing concern.

"Look, I think we deserved to win the game," Lage said, "but to win the game we need to score goals, and to score goals we just need to put the ball in the net and I think we had plenty of chances to do that."

"It’s the emotional control and I think in the last 10 minutes we lost a little bit of our positions. When the game comes to that part in the emotional control, we lose a little bit the positions, we lose the rest defense, we lose our balance and we give chances for the opponent to score. So that's one more thing that the team needs, to grow up."
