Korea reported 180,803 new Covid-19 cases on Wednesday, the highest figure in four months. The number is more than double the cases reported yesterday, according to the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency (KDCA) Wednesday.
The number of critically ill patients reached 469, a fall from yesterday’s figure. There were 42 deaths.
The accumulative total of confirmed cases in Korea stood at 21,682,816.
